Who provides the service

The BOJANIZE website and the BOJANIZE app are provided by Bojan Nešković PR Bojanize, registered in Belgrade, Serbia ("BOJANIZE", "we"). Contact: bojan11neskovic@gmail.com.

The app

The BOJANIZE app is an internal tool. We use it to deliver services to our clients. It is not offered to the public, and only authorized BOJANIZE staff may access it. The scope, fees and term of the work we do for a client are set out in our agreement with that client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Connected accounts

A client who connects an account, or authorizes us to connect one on their behalf (for example Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile or Google Sheets), confirms that they are entitled to grant that access. The client can revoke it at any time. Our use of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Reports and data

Our reports describe the data available to us at the time they were made. Some of that data comes from third parties such as Google, and we cannot guarantee that it is complete or accurate. Where data is missing or partial we say so, and we do not treat it as zero or complete. Figures in our reports are evidence; they do not prove what caused a change.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and BOJANIZE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The courts in Belgrade have jurisdiction, unless the client's agreement says otherwise.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date.
