Who we are

This policy covers the BOJANIZE website and the BOJANIZE app. Both are operated by Bojan Nešković PR Bojanize, a business registered in Belgrade, Serbia ("BOJANIZE", "we"). Contact: bojan11neskovic@gmail.com.

What the BOJANIZE app is

The BOJANIZE app is an internal reporting tool. It is not a public service and nobody can sign up to it. Only authorized BOJANIZE staff can access it. It is used to report on, and improve, the online visibility and business outcomes of BOJANIZE's clients.

Google user data we access

When a client, or BOJANIZE acting with the client's permission, connects a Google account, the app asks only for these permissions:

• Google Search Console (read-only): search performance of the client's website.
• Google Analytics (read-only): website traffic and conversion reports.
• Google Business Profile: performance, search keywords and reviews of the client's business profile. The app reads this data and makes no changes to the profile.
• Google Sheets (read-only): a spreadsheet the client chooses to share, used to count inquiries, bookings or similar outcomes the business records itself.

How we use it

We use this data only to show and report the performance of the business that authorized access, and to decide what to work on for that business. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

BOJANIZE's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

Only two kinds of service provider process this data:

• Cloudflare hosts the app and its database.
• AI assistants (for example ChatGPT or Claude) process reporting data when BOJANIZE staff use them to analyze it on a client's behalf. They are used with model training on that data turned off, and the results are used only for that client's work.

We share Google user data with no one else, unless the law requires it.

Storage and security

Access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted. The app's database is hosted in the European Union. Access to the app is restricted to authorized BOJANIZE staff through Cloudflare Access.

Client business records

Some clients share records of their own inquiries, bookings or customers, for example through a spreadsheet. For those records we act on the client's instructions as a data processor. We keep the minimum needed for reporting, store contact identifiers only in hashed or encrypted form, and do not use these records for any other purpose.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while we work with the client and delete it when that work ends or when the client asks. Anyone can revoke the app's access to their Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, email us at the address above.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
